Inner peace a brilliant light
My strength to carry out the fight
Is it reflected in my eyes?
Do you see strength or weakness when I cry?
Will they reveal to you promises or lies
The tears that run my soul dry
When I hurt, so much I want to die
I can’t hold my screams in just don’t ask why
You would never ever understand me so don’t even try
Will I have to be like Kurt for people to understand why I write?

Not alot of people understand me either...infact there's only two people that understand me period! everyone else in this world is just the same as everyone else....
I don't think you have to be like kurt for people to understand why you write...like i said most people in this world are the same...few are different anymore...look at the way everyone acts and thinks...you'll see what i mean....great poem bro

i guess to be understood, people have to learn first, that they've got nobody to please but themselves. and its until then that we can understand each other. But nobody has the right to judge.
but. keep up the good work. this really sparkd something in me :)
