Come back to me

Contributed by TheBlackVoid on Monday, 9th August 2004 @ 09:28:10 AM in AEST
Topic: oops

When i opened my eyes this morning, i could barely pull myself out of bed
All i could see were visions of you crying in my head
The more i think about last night the more it makes me want to be there with you
Then i cry, because i know there is simply nothing i can do
I would give up everything i have, to hold you in my arms just for one night
Till thats day comes, i grab my teddy and i squeeze it with all my might
As i lay there thinking of you, my tears begin to dry
That smile sneaks up on me, and i can no longer cry
I miss you terribly, and without you my day is not that same
I regret last night, and now i carry shame
I broke down on you, knowing it was more than you could bare
If it changes anything, i'm glad you were there
There is really not much i can say
Other than, last night was one of the hardest nights of my life, and now the struggle carries on today
I miss you so much right now, more than words can say
Please come back to me, promise you will stay
