Together at heart,
Thought we’d never part,
But then time had come,
To come undone,
Sweetest memories run my dreams,
Nearly real life it almost seems,
You made me feel perfect and pure,
When I was sick you were the cure,
Lifted me up if I was to fall,
If in need was only to call,
When I cried you made me smile,
Kept me happy all the while,
Held me close, and kissed my lips,
Stayed with me, and held my hips,
Made me feel like your only girl,
Make me feel I meant the world,
Young love it was, never perfected,
But not only your life was effected,
Remembered always in my heart,
The closest memory would never part,
Tears will fall for all to see,
To show the world what you mean to me,
I’ve loved then lost and loved again,
But you and me will still be friends,
My love for you will never die,
And if it does I was to lie,
I’ll go through life with this never passed,
You now must know it will always last,

corrupted_minds, I know this happiness soon to be followed by eternal pain, and you have captured this essence beautifully! I can relate to this write very much... Excellent flow, magnificent rhyming... All in all, perfect in my eyes... Thank you so much for sharing this... All my love, and I hope you get over it soon... Lost love is to be cast aside... But keep the happy times locked in your memory... There will be another soon enough, my friend... On to read more of your masterpieces...
