I know that times are getting harder,
And the fact that your heart belongs to another,
But i have something to say about that,
I will always love you and that is a fact.
But the saddest part is, you are all his,
Talking about getting married and having his kids,
Nearly broke my heart when i heard all this,
Do you remember all times we use to reminisce?
So why don't you sit down for a second and listen to me
Then you will see that i am everything that he can't be,
I guess you can say i am just playing the cards i was delt,
But then i start to remember all the feelings for you i have felt,
I guess in time you will see,
That this love is made for you and me,
Living life the way it should be,
My visions living with you, nothing can beat it.
You can expect me not to give up easily,
For it is worth the fight everyday and now i see it,
Having no fear on what lies ahead,
You can see me to be looking for those better days.
Now i am on my knees begging the lord please,
For i know it is in her hands and i hope she sees,
I can be much more than he,
That is because I am everything that he can't be

Very good writing. i was in A simlar situation. me and that person are close now. but all i can tell u, if u really care about this girl and he doesnt treat her right, go for it! real true love only comes once in a lifetime, if u let it slip away u will never get it back. follow ur heart and do what is right in ur eyes.
