WHEN THE LIAR BUSH IS GONE

Contributed by steeleyes on Saturday, 7th August 2004 @ 06:12:20 PM in AEST
Topic: political

Keep walking on my friends
The nightmare will soon be over
When this liar goes
We will begin to recover

The damage is great
One man with so much hate
But keep the faith
It is NOT too late

He may have divided this world
And killed almost every hope
But it's not ALL gone
Not for such a dope! *)

Keep walking on my friends
The nightmare WILL one day be gone
When the liar goes
WE will go on

Laughter will return
And warmth of us all together
Not even THIS lying creep
Could take that forever

Such an ugly, stupid man
Such incompetence and spite
But keep the faith my friends
It will all come right

So many sleazy lies
So much death and destruction
But walk on my friends
There WILL be resurrection

Keep walking on
And the nightmare WILL be over
When this liar goes
The world can then recover

There will be a new beginning
There will again be song
Keep your spirits high my friends
Our cause is not wrong

But Bush, how wrong he is
Misguided, dishonest, divisive
But there WILL be an end
For he is ALSO self-destructive

Keep walking on my friends
This nightmare is almost over
When the liar Bush is gone
We will sing this song TOGETHER

however stupid and wrong bush was his absence is not in the least going to make life in America all that much better. his challengers are equally stupid and dillusional. fixing this country will take a hell of alot more than getting rid of incompetent republicans and filling their space with senile democrats

since we're on the subject of changing the goverment for the better. Why not have people of sane mind run it? aka ourselves. Delete all the lunitics from goverment and have us run it. sry for the strange ramble. I`m planning on becoming the first woman president and I have some major changes that are going on in my head. great write.

I love America ~ Only in America can we all say how we feel and what we believe. If you don't hate Bush, I'd hate to see hate...lol Do you really believe Kerry has the strength that America needs right now? We're in the middle of something very bad. I wish we weren't. Bush has made many - many mistakes, some borderline stupid... But he stands his grounds and we all know where he stands... Where does Kerry stand - on anything? All I can say is Afghanistan is a very lucky country... Because after September 11, 2001 - I would have blown Osama + Afghanistan off the map. Bush showed a lot of control compared to me...lol Looking back, that was an irrational reaction and would have been catastrophic. Well, like I said, I love America. And what ever America decides in November - We'll all live with.

By the way, I like political poetry. Good for you for sharing your views with us.

J~

i have a severe dislike for bush, which is hard where i live because of all the people who are for him. im actually against the government because they are all sadistic a**holes who wont stop until we've all suffered. i equally dislike john kerry. i may sound cliche but im for anarchy, to some extent. key words here...to some extent. i do not believe that after taking down the government we should have a "dictator" type person. thats would make us no better than the bush administration. but i do believe we should disassemble the government and that from destruction and chaos comes order and peace. thanks for letting me put my 2 cents in. good write, btw.
