Stomp on Your Heart
August 7, 2004

Some may say I'm creul for this,
But I don't see the same as they,
I can't sleep and I can't be,
Any longer this way.
So I'll do what I have to,
To get you off the mind,
I'll stomp on your heart this time.

Begging to be taken back,
I'll play the heartbroken girl act.
And when you see me breaking down,
I know you'll come around.
Invite me in, and learn to love me all over again.
You're predictable, yes I know what you will do...

But you will never see it coming,
Not expect my tricks.
I can play with the best,
Just like the rest, when you thought,
You knew me, wrong again.
Never should have left me,
Never again...

And when you love me, need me,
I'll start to back away.
A slow and painful way for you to pay.
I can tease your heart, play it with these strings,
I will never let you see these things,
That I'm thinking,
Doing,
Wanting...to be.
I can take my sorrow,
Make it better,
And this is gonna happen,
Tomorrow.
When you pick me up to take me out,
I will stomp on your heart,
Tear it into pieces and maybe then you'll see,
I have fooled you, hurt you,
And shown you what you did to me.
