Dance in the shroud of pain,
body weak, skin pale.
I'm falling farther, faster,
in despair I wail.
Where is my Savior?
Have I pushed you away again?
I'm falling, falling into your arms.
Will you still this pain in me again?
It's broken in me,
I'm so empty inside.
This hole is bottomless,
I can't fill it, I've tried.
Where are you Lord?
Have I walked too far away again?
I'm falling, falling into your arms.
Please fill this hole in me again.
It's ugly, wrenching, excruciating;
it's breaking me apart.
Can it change, is it forever?
Will I, have I, lost my heart?
Come find me Lord.
I don't want to push you away again.
I've fallen, fallen into your arms.
Still me, fill me, hold me again.
