I Love You

Never can I say these words
it tears my heart apart
not to say "I love you"
like I use to from the start

Time has changed alot of things
bad moments cloud my mind
feeling empty deep inside
wanting to leave the past behind

Each day might get alittle better
but still it's not the same
for I say" I love you" to myself
in hopes you feel it when I say your name
