Arm in arm they dance with glee
In twilight’s glow they float free
Her white dress painted gold
Her arms in his O the gaze they hold
An angles beauty is put to rest
By the shining stars around her breast
His sweet blue eyes out shine the sun
From which her pale moon is hung
On flowers fair they fun free
A more wondrous site I will never see
With moonlight pale upon his face
His dance grows in divine grace
The shadows hide his tear-felt eyes
Her motion was perfect as the angle flies
His lips to her with sweet embrace
The lovers rhythm dies in pace

I love this poem. This is one of my favorite poems of yours, up there with Crimson night and Last letter.I have lived such a dream. At the Atl. Nickleback consert. (and Oh his eyes). |
