Here is my once hidden confession,
To love & adore you is my obsession,
I’d love to wrap you up in cotton wool,
Never let you witness a day that’s dull.
I have let my passion loose
It has you heart snagged in a noose,
We will always have each other,
All over you I want to smother.
My love that is yours & your alone,
I’m the dog & you’re my bone,
You’re the treasure I want to find,
The love you show has made me go blind.
Is it fate or is just very good luck?,
We share this love that can’t be mistook,
Which ever one it is I don’t care,
Just as long as I have you there.
I will craft & perfect what we possess,
A man like you deserves nothing less,
You’re my best friend who I adore,
You’ve shown me what hearts were made for.
