when im sleeping deep into the night
i awake to a little voice inside my ear
but when i open up my eyes
nothing seems to appear
just as i start to drift back asleep
i hear it again
" im hear "
an invisible hand caresses my cheek
my body turns icy cold
i open my eyes and throught the darkness is an illuminated door
" dont fear me dear child fear yourself dont fear my presence fear yours "
i crawl out of my covers
smiling at what evil lies beyond
smiling at the evil i will become
i walk through the door
i will never just be simply ashley
not ever again

very disturbing write, I used to hear voices. I was suffering a psychosis....
