Never Forever

Contributed by waos on Thursday, 5th August 2004 @ 11:15:56 PM in AEST
Topic: LostLove

Where has the time gone?
When did we fade away?
I used to hear your voice at night,
why didn't you stay?
I want to change what we've become,
hold you, never let go.
I want to change what I've become,
show you, I'll never again let go.

You used to say forever. FOREVER.
How'd that change to never? NEVER.
I broke us, I broke us, I broke us, I broke us, I broke us.
WHERE'D OUR PIECES GO?

Give me back yesterday,
resurrect my innocence... (for you).
Give me back yesterday,
clear my conscience... (for you).

You used to say forever. FOREVER.
How'd that change to never? NEVER.

I feel the loss of you as if it was today,
I'd change... give myself in sacrifice.
How can you throw us away?
Is it me? Am I the price?

I broke us, I broke us, I broke us, I broke us, I broke us.
WHERE'D WE GO?

You held me, kissed my scars...
kept me safe even from a distance.
I'd change everything I've become...
if you'd just give us a chance.

We used to say forever (forever).
How'd that change to never (never)?
I broke us, I broke us, I broke us, I broke us, I broke us.
WHERE'D WE GO?

Forever...
Never...
Forever?
