Than just my boyfriend,
You always have love to lend,
Give to me so many things,
Showing me what each new day brings.
Sharing everything just you & me,
Setting my once chained heart free,
Love flows freely as the rain,
I hold it tightly like a sand grain.
You’re everything rolled into one,
The earth, moon & the sun,
With you is where I want to stay,
In your garden I want to play.
I dreamt of meeting someone like you,
To keep my heart from breaking in two,
You wrap me up into your arms,
Hold onto me like I’m your lucky charm.
You’re so much more than just my man.
I am going to do anything that I can,
To show you how much you are loved,
This feeling I will not push or shove.
