Running Blind

Contributed by Daywalker2231 on Tuesday, 3rd August 2004 @ 11:31:29 PM in AEST
Topic: LovePoetry

As I lay myself to sleep
I sit here and ponder
Why am I still hurting
What did I do wrong

I think to myself
Did I not love you good enough?
Did I hurt you too much?
Without you now
I’m running blind through this obstacle of life

Every night is too hard
I just want to end it all
All the pain, all the suffering
When I think about it, I get so close

I need you, I want you
I’m sorry for what happened
I’m running blind and I can’t take it
You are my eyes to keep me moving forward

But until the day comes
I’ll be running through my life blind
I keep the visuals of you in my mind
Doing this helps me stay alive

I miss you, I love you, and I wish I had you

In my opinion this was really good. I love all of the poems that you write. I think they've all made me tear up. You're the best. I'm not just saying that you really are. It seemed very deep and meaningful. It is a great that you can express yourself like this. Keep writing! You're my IDOL!!!!

Love ya bunches,
Krista

P.S. You really are good.
