Orange alert in the White House
Kerry on the rise!
Is it a ploy
Or the real McCoy?
Are they scared of al Q
Or of the Kerry crew?
Democrat good news
They would interrupt
An ugly administration, so corrupt?
Is it a ploy
Or the real McCoy
The data is now two weeks old
Were they waiting on the time
The time to deflate the Democrats
To divert the public mind?
'Come to the good shepherd
Shepherd Bush & his flock
With FEAR I will guide you
And keep you under lock.'
Is it a ploy?
Or the real McCoy?
Is the idea Democracy?
Or Democracy to destroy?

Salient point, Steel. Of course, we should be on high terror alert forevermore - so why bother releasing information (late) into the public domain at a time where any such effort would only detract from the democratic process . . ?
I smell something fishy. Perhaps a red herring?

| hi there, this is a funny and serious poem at the same time if you understand what i mean. though i wouldn't call bush a sheperd. i could think of many names for him like wolf in sheeps clothing. its a great piece of writing with alot of charisma happening in it. go tony blair! go tony blair! |
