selfstruggles
|
Mirror, mirror on the wall, if I trip will I let you fall?
Do I want you shattered or one piece whole,
Do I see my face of can I see my soul?
Why don’t you show what’s truly me,
Instead you show my crying plea.
I beg of you to change your face,
My personality to embrace.
Show the fact that I am bold,
But show how shyness then unfolds.
Show the good intentions of my heart,
But show mistakes I’ve made from the start.
Show that I can be down to earth,
But show me crying at my worth.
Show everything else I include,
Show my soul open and nude.
