Self-inflicting torment
Hidden in a cage
Fighting endless battles
With uncontrollable rage
Self-righteousness behind a mask
Cowardice and deceit
Lives of destruction
Would make all complete
Selfishness disregards their pity
Devouring to digest
Expect the unexpected
The dirty cleans the rest
Self-control swallows the misery
Ingests the long term effects
Trapped inside prison
With nothing to dissect
