Lonely Shall I Come Calling

Contributed by Bitterkel on Tuesday, 29th October 2002 @ 10:00:00 PM in AEST
Topic: SadPoetry

Solitude is where you値l find me living
Heartbroken is where you値l find me feeling
Shameless is where you値l find me hiding
Lonely is where you値l find me abiding

Angry is who you値l find me being
Scared is who you値l find me fleeing
Ignorance is who you値l find me believing
Lonely is who you値l find me seeming

Fallen is how you値l find me lying
Darkness is how you値l find me dying
Constant is how you値l find me crying
Lonely is how you値l find me sighing

Today is when you値l find me taking
Tomorrow is when you値l find me breaking
Past is when you値l find me forsaking
Lonely is when you値l find me aching

Hate is what you値l find me buying
Love is what you値l find tying
Coldness is what you値l find me mining
Lonely is what you値l find me refining

And as the night is falling
Lonely shall I come calling

I can relate to this. I really enjoyed it. This poem flowed like water. So sad these feelings are, you're not alone.
Take care
R.

Poetry is much like a great photo, a single "moment in time" capturing many feelings and emotions. Yet, they are very alive; creating stirrings within the readers who form visual "pictures" of the expressed emotions within the Poem. ツゥ
