dont con artists feel quilty

Contributed by inoc on Monday, 2nd August 2004 @ 07:59:26 AM in AEST
Topic: Lifepoems

the desire to succeed made our venture exciting
we chose to take the risk it seemed so inviting
leaving HIS reliable safe job of 9 long years
to plunge into non existent income of fears
the weeks dragged on no mention of stock
we waited in excitment brought a van - we're in shock
the company is a fake, a con ,a clever scam
it can't be we sigh and worry .. oh,dam!
now we are waiting for another door to open
what bad luck our livelihood is broken
trust is not a word we have anymore
don't con artist's feel guilty about scamming innocent people by the score?

Sorry about your plight. To answer your question, no, con's don't feel guilty. I know from expierence, they don't. My daughter is one. They live for themselves and the game. It's such a shame. tsk tsk. This was a really easy read on a very painful subject. Kudos!!

I was slightly confused by your title, but once i realised what it was about, I'm willing to say that I enjoyed reading it, however bad the misfortune you endure(d) is. Very well written, with nice diction.

Scam-artists get what they deserve - eventually.

Thanks for sharing.

Very nice write, thanks for sharing. Cons and players have no worries, and you never get something for nothing.

Greed does sound nice sometimes, but life isn't easy.
