"now what is it this time?
what's the problem you have?
i've got plenty of free time
no i am not mad..."
paint a dismal scene to feel
colors dark and grey
it will take awhile to heal
start with what you say
and you sigh...
and you cry...
take a look at me, but don't tell me what you see
i'm here to help so save yourself, i can do nothing
i can push you along your way, guide you another day
but when the day is done i'm not the one to build your wings
"hey now where is your song?
your smile is lost somewhere
another day to another wrong
yes oh i do care..."
open a can of worms again
so they go away
i will be for you a friend
yes another day
and you sigh...
and you cry...

i can tell you what you've heard, listen to these words
but when the day is done i'm not the one to build your wings
and i'm going to stay awhile
to watch you take flight
there's the edge so go ahead
you know this right...

What a beautiful write. How wonderful it is to have such a friend as you. You cannot build her wings, but you can see her fly. Very inspiring, and uplifting, Thank you.
