I have come a long way,
But I still have far to go,
Now I cant find the shine,
And it feels like its time,
For me to take this life of mine,
And cut it down to size.
The fire in my soul is dying,
And the life I had is gone.
Every love I’ve had,
Has only led me back to hell,
I’m crying now,
I’m growing weaker now,
It may seem that I’m still alive,
But I’m torn and broken deep inside.
Why did I ever chose to love,
Every time it only takes me to the knife,
It could just be my crave for self destruction,
That brings me down this way.
The fire in my soul is dying,
And the life I had is gone.
