Loud rolling laughter
Abrupt and sure
Swelling up
From a jostling group of
loud voiced men,
Deep and heavy
Like thunder at close range,
Rollicking and loose;
An energetic outcome
To a devilish joke.
Brute force
Riding the back of free will.
Nothing could freeze someone more
Than this
Warm raucous wind
Enveloping and gently nudging
An innocent young girl
At the other end of the room
Who answers with
A sweet giggle
All her own.
