MY HEART IS IN PAIN,
I LISTEN TO THE RAIN,
I HELD UR CHILD CLOSE TO MY HEART
SHE'S FEELIN HER FIRST BROKEN HEART...
I AM NOT HER MOTHER...JUST THE ONE WHO LOVED HER FATHER.
BUT WHEN SHE NEEDS HELP...SHE ALWAYS TURNS TO ME
HOW CAN I EASE HER PAIN...WHEN I KNOW IT WILL HAPPEN AGAIN
WHAT WOULD U TELL HER..WHAT SHOULD I DO...
HOW DO I HELP HER...WHEN SHE JUST SAID SHE NEEDED U.
SO I TELL HER THAT IS TRUE...
AND THAT I TO NEED U...WE CRY TOGETHER...
SHE LOOKES AT ME WITH UR GREEN EYES...
"HE WOULD HOLD US BOTH AND DRY OUR TEARS"
I TELL HER ONE DAY SHE WONT HURT FOR HIM ANYMORE,
AND ONE DAY SHE'LL FIND LOVE THE WILL MAKE HER FLY,
BECAUSE ONE DAY I FOUND U...AND U MADE MY HEART TOUCH THE SKY...
WHEN GOD TOOK U..
MY BLUE SKIES TURNED GRAY,
BUT LIFE GOES ON WE'VE LEARNED THIS TO BE TRUE,
NOT ONE DAY GOES BY THAT WE DON'T MISS U...
