Blood Red Sunset

Blood Red Sunset

Blood bonds us all
Because of this we fall

When the blood is shed
The cause is sealed
Till what was wrought
Is brought to a stop
With beliefs we are filled
To avenge the scars we bled

The ending will never come
The blood will always succumb
To bond lives to always die
For the peace that never survives
This is the price we pay
To live just another day

We are bonded by our fate
To live consumed with hate
Against the ones that bled
Our lives away

The sun sets red
Against the sky
To signify
The bloodshed
Of today
The sun sets red

Because of life
It has bled
Because of life
Everything has bled

The blood red sun
Sets on those who bled
Just to live another day
To avenge themselves
Once again
