each passing day
you find a way
to take my breath away
you leave me speechless
with no words to say
your eyes are the perfect green
and you hair the perfect gold
your loving stares are more than enough
but now thats just a story told
you call me every now and then
and show up at my door
but every time i see you
im filled with pain again
for the love you give me now
is not the love you gave me then
being your friend isnt enough
but if thats what i can get
then i'll be there when times get rough.
but still i will be speechless
captivated by your eyes
until the day i die
and i will wait for you
until you understand my love is true
nothing more to say
but always i will love you

This poem is so sweet.. it kind of sounds like a song in a way.. This poem touched me deeply:) I could relate a while ago.
