It comes to me in the night,
when dark has come to fall.
Passing soflty as the wind,
my soul I pray it call.
It is the dark I wait each day,
longing for it near.
Wishing it to come to me,
till time it does appear.
It is not answers that I seek,
nor questions do I present.
Only tempting odysseys,
with nighttime callers sent.
