Scars from Feeling

Scars from Feeling

You're just another cutter
Your life doesn't matter
Because it's in tatters
To you only yourself matters
To Hell with everyone else
You only care about yourself

You're slashing your skin
Like it will help you in the end
That when the skin mends
It will heal you within
Like you never thought that sin
To kill yourself in the end
While everyone knows you did

Everything doesn't dissappear
When another feeling appears
That one glance will bring you to tears
Because you'll never feel it again
The feeling of wanting to live
Because you feel nothing within
Your worst fears in red
While you cut and bled

Your skin will never mend
Your life is always at an end
Because of what you feel within
Always killing you till you mend
The reasons you don't want to live

That day you'll never see
You died before you could be
Someone without the need
To cut and bleed
You'll never see the end
You prayed to be Heaven sent
The scars never did mend
What you were feeling within
The scars from feeling
Killed you in the end

You've mapped out the feelings well here. I see much of this in poetry on this site and it breaks my heart 2 know that someone feels this way etc.
Your write is direct to the point, shocking and very powerfull!
i feel that your bluntness here will get to a few and they will wake up and grab life by its horns and at lest try.
Good job with this over powerfull sad, subject.
Huggs, luv,
emy
