Scars don’t heal they simply hide,
Ashamed of what we did, I cried,
Young, drunk and restless, you led,
All the way right to the bed,
A blurred memory of that dark night,
I look to the mirror scared of the sight,
Now rumors are spread, secrets no more,
They all knew now but nobody saw,
I was used and abused scared by the fact,
Just to say no was what I lacked,
Now the past still scares me through,
Scared with the tainted thoughts of you
