As I run down the hall,
People start to stare,
While my mascara runs down,
And mixes in with my hair.

I try to stop crying,
But the pain won’t go away,
Feels like I’m being stabbed,
Or being hit by a train.

I thought I could trust you,
With all the secrets I told,
But you spread them around,
As if my whole life needed to be known.

All the threats and lies you put me through,
In the end, I don’t think I even know you,
But I don’t know you,
And you don’t know me,
So really it wasn’t meant to be,
Then why am I still attached to you?

I feel so confused,
And my heads messed up inside,
When you don’t know which way is wrong or right.

But I am leaving you now,
I don’t want you no more,
Because I’m tired of being forgotten,
And used over and over.

So as I leave you now,
I want you to know,
I used to love you,
But I don’t anymore.
