Smile again, Hide your fears.
Make yourself hold back your tears.
You have to be the perfect girl,
So you don´t destroy their world.
A world in which you cannot live,
But you give it all that you can give,
To keep living this awful way,
Where you can feel, but still not say.
A world where you can´t be yourself
And live a life as someone else.
Someone who wouldn´t do the things you do.
Who would not hide, she´d speak the truth.
You know it´s true, but you still hide,
Behind that smile and those brown eyes.
So smile again, hold back those tears,
But they´ll add up, if you can make it one more year.
