Mes idées interrompus par le son des mitrailleuses lointaines
I was sitting in the corner, it was almost ten
Thinking how many people are dying every second that pass
To save our motherland's sand and green grass
They climb the hills and know they'll surely die
And in every death, I hear their mothers cry
Open the gates of Your great Heaven
Cause in their death, all sins are forgiven
Let them in, thank them and grant them a rose
They are not like us anymore ...they are heros
Ils sont mort et ne viendrons plus jamais
Mais nous n'avons pas encore, pas encore la paix
Your names are carved in our hearts forevermore
We learned from you that freedom comes in blood and war

War is a beautiful thing-especially if it is in the defence of a country and its people.
