"RESPOND WITH KINDNESS!"
Respond with loving kindness.
To those annoyed by chasteness
Suddenly the annoyance is gone.
Both better off from hereon.
Respond with patience when frustrated.
Suddenly frustration is eliminated.
Replaced with energy, you're blessed.
An abundance of positivism flooded!
Respond with understanding when angered.
Suddenly your anger will have disappeared.
Instead of destructive rage--It's flowered!
Room now for creative possibilities, endeared.
Respond with determination if you dismay....
Tenacity, "Stick Fast!" tightly stay.
Powerfully motivated you will be.
Move positively forward bravely!
Respond with enthusiasm to a tedious task.
Unwillingly respond, do as it would ask.
You'll find a way to create anew,
Many more things of lasting value.
Respond with loving kindness.....
As if each moment is a grand experience.
Filled with positive and unique worthiness,
As you imagined, filled with joyful pleasance!

You know, it isn't always easy, but I'm going to try harder. Spent the last two days around a man I'm supposed to love, but he sure makes it difficult. This will renew my strength to try harder not to respond in kind.

Our world needs loads and loads daily of kindness and compassion and empathy. If we cannot restore the dwindling stores we will be living in a world that is much worse than today.

| KIndness is nice but it is only true if it is a reciprocating circle alas this circle can never complete for in the real world kindness is for the weak...the strong just takes what they need or even want...oh well...but nicely done and inspirational work nonetheless. |
