Stranger

Contributed by LoserLottie on Thursday, 22nd July 2004 @ 05:49:33 AM in AEST
Topic: oops

Hello Stranger, I see you speak,
I hope you don’t mind, if I peak.
Over here stranger, say my name,
Stranger please, play my game.
Look at me stranger, it’s my first day,
Just come on over and say “Hey”.
Well done stranger, that’s good work,
But why to me, do you still smirk.
Warm stranger, I know you have friends,
But a list of friends never ends.
Stop laughing stranger, are they pointing at me?
They’re just looking and smiling with glee.
Good luck stranger, it’s your turn to talk,
You can do it, “walk the walk”.
Pick me stranger, for your team,
It may be small, but it’s what I dream.
Hello stranger, I’m over here,
In the corner where it’s clear.
Goodbye stranger, I’m giving up now,
Why did you bother? Not to see how.

I like your poetry, you have flair, and a nice way of putting things, makes me smile. Stick around now and join the croud. This is the best site I've found to linger and read.

Thank you for sharing.
