Treasure Chest of Tears

Tears trickling down her cheeks
Confines her thoughts and her dreams.
Each carrying millions of emotions left unsaid
About her erratic life that ironically seems so dead
Emotions like a mass of junk piled in a mess.
Scared because will tomorrow be her final test?
Tears that run so often at night,
If she could only sort it right.
All her tears in life begging to come to terms
To a limit where she stands firm
In her thoughts and beliefs,
To endure through evil mischiefs.
Strength that holds her upright
Standing tall for the war she must fight.
A secret desire to feel complete
No understanding of how to defeat
A world where evil splashes her at every turn,
She longs to live with only her Savior's concern.
Promised to Rise Up everytime she fell
Hopefully one day she will be able to tell,
The emotions that the tears carry down her cheek
Where she will find freedom and her life will not feel so bleak.
