All the memories I once cherished,
Have now long gone and perished.
I miss the days we walked around,
And never made a sound.
I miss the days we were all one,
But those days are now done.
Where will life go from here?
Go ahead and whisper it in my ear.
I shed a tear as no voice is heard,
Thinking my life is so absurd.
Just tell me a day that we should meet,
And maybe share memories we all find sweet.
To that day I should wait,
Unless Heaven should open its gate.

Real friendships have a way of lasting forever in the heart- despite times, differences and differences.
I think that's what this poem is saying.
Where will life go from here?
Go ahead and whisper it in my ear.
....I liked that. |
