I’m sorry,
To be the one to torture your soul.
Yet you want us to be together like a whole.


I’m sorry,
They say your poetry should sweep me off my feet.
I just need to walk away from this heat.


I’m sorry,
You want to feel the tenderness of my kiss.
But I just can’t do this.


I’m sorry,
I don’t think you understand me,
If you did you would see.


I’m sorry,
All you want is me to love you back,
Yet there is something that I lack.
