If I sing my song will you listen?
If I dance my dance will you watch?

If I ask you to set my soul free,
Will you oblige or let me be?

If I have a secret to tell you, for only you to know,
Will you keep it or let it go?

If I sing my song will you listen?
If I dance my dance will you watch?

If ever I fall and need a friend,
Will you stand by me 'til the end?

If I lie bleeding and do naught but cry,
Will you bandage my wounds or leave me to die?
