I remember you
Have you thought about me?
Hazy summer breeze
Stirs these memories of steel
I look back
All I see is your smile
I lean back
And wish you had stayed a while
Your face was smiling
I was too young to know pain
I looked up to you
thinking thiongs would always be this way
But now I've been told
My memories have all been sold
The person that I used to know
Left spring feeling oh so cold
I can't believe
Everything I've heard
I refuse to believe
My memories are as good as burned
I don't hink that you'd deceive
But now that I can't see
I know my memories of steel
Are melting
