Lately, my thoughts have been turned inwardly,
asking myself what I'm meant to be;
and though most of you is unknown to me,
in you my answers seem to be.
I did not want or expect to fall,
but you were there, tho' at first, I didn't know it all.
Breaking down my fake, freakish, superficial wall.
Daring me to bare it all.
All my senses you seem to provoke...
the possibility of caring not such a joke.
My chains of self-reservation, now broke...
In you, I suddenly find hope.
Read my words...read them well.
'Cause in them, my heart will tell
that with you my dreams now dwell...
and not being with you NOW, is emotional hell.
