FOOD FOR THOUGHT

Topic: oops

A chick that will grow into a cock can be spotted the very day it hatches
What ever is capable of plucking out the eyes is better inspected from a safe didtance.
The most difficult person to wake is the one who pretends to be asleep.
When love dies, its ashes remains behind.
Everyone has short comings, but if yours becomes alarming, others forget theres and debate yours.
One does not know the value of a mountain until it becomes a valley.
He who wishes at night while alone.whistles to scare away fears.
The prosperity of a one person does not make a town rich.
Any man can be a father, but it takes a special man to be a daddy.
When you are asked to look up,never lose sight of what is on the ground.
He who will please everybody before going to bed, will not sleep.
That which is bitter to endure may be sweet to remember.
Those who bring sunshine to the life of others can not keep it from themselves.
He who is afraid of asking is afraid of learning.
The tragedy of life is what dies inside of a man while he lives.
"I love you,i love you"does not go beyond the edge of a dead person's grave.
A son who calls his mother an ugly woman is indirectly saying that his father is a foolish man.
Many of life's failure are people who do not realise how close they where to success, when they gave up.
You will never changeyour life, until you change the things you do dailly.
There are two type of people that always fail, those who listen to nobody and those who listen to everybody.
Do what you can, with what you have, where you are.
A successful life is expensive,it will cost you something to become a champion.
Tomorrow contains more joy than any yesterday you can think.
Anxiety dose not empty tomorrow of its sorrow, but it empty today of its strength.
Education does not depend on the number of books read but on the number of content that can be recalled.
What you hear determines how you think, how you think determines how you behave, and how you behave determines what you become.
All achievement have their beginning with an idea.
If you give idleness your today it will steal your tomorrow.
When you know little more than others you will lead them with stress.
The gratest tragedy in life is not death but life that fails to fulfil its purpose and potential.
The destiny which you afre not truely committed, can never be actualised.
In the absence of a living God anything may become a God.
If you want to win a man to your cause, first convince him that you are his sincere friend.
If you lose an hour in the morning you will spend the whole day looking for it.
The poorest man on earth is not a man without money but a man without idea.
When a foolish man begins to be wise know that he has exhausted all he has.
I have never met a man who has given me much problem as myself.
Anybody who does not value what you have does not deserve your relationship.
Everybody thinks of changing the world but know body thinks of changing himself.
Overcommers dosen't do it alone, they conquer their pride, they reject the trip of isolation.
It takes two people to make marriage successful but only one person to make it a failure.
Until a rotten tooth be removed the mouth will chew with care.
If what you did yesterday still looks big to you then you haven't done enough today.
The man who lives for himself is a failure, even if he gains much wealth, power or position,he is still a failure.
To all the earth, why are you struggling to be wise, wisdom is like a shadow always there from the beginning till the end.

Here"s some 'food for thought',*g* it's common practice
when citing a quotation to give proper attribution.

For example:

Better here than Philadelphia!

- W.C. Fields (epitaph on his headstone)
