Go away life, leave me alone,
I can’t stand that morbid tone,
That you play into my ears all day,
I can’t take no more what else can I say?
You are the victor in our war,
You have more than settled the score,
What did I ever do to you,
For you to make my colour so blue.
All I want is to be happy & feel love,
But you like to kick & give me a shove,
Beat me into total submission,
Sending me to extradition.
You follow me like a puppy dog,
Sticking spanners in my cog,
Taunting me, polluting my thoughts,
Continuing your cruel blood sport
Your bite is worse than your bark,
You turn off the light leaving me in the dark,
Dangling my fears in front of my face,
Sending me to that damned awful place.
