To You My Love

Contributed by twinkle on Thursday, 15th July 2004 @ 12:02:00 PM in AEST
Topic: LovePoetry

Oh it's killing me this waiting,but it has got a sweetness,
Somewhere somebody is there to love me with all his heart ;
Oh that thought is so sweet and now what should I say about this waiting?

There was a kid who jumps with the cold gentle breeze,
Asking the breeze to come each and every evenings;
I'm waiting for you my love, with the heart of that kid.

There was a littile girl who liked winter the most,
And loved the visits of Santa on all christmas eves;
I'm waiting for you my love, with the heart of that littile girl.

There was a girl who listens to the music of rain,
Who liked the smell of earth after the first rain;
I'm waiting for you my love, with the heart of that girl.

There was a princess who dream about her prince,
who come on a white horse with his arms stretched out to her;
I'm waiting for you my love, with the heart of that princess.

There was snow falling at night and it was early morning hours,
My love came to me in my dream and took my face in his hands;
Told he loves me holding me tight and looking straight into my eyes.

Years have passed but still I'm waiting for that love,
And I'm covered with the fragrance of that unforgettable dream;
I feel like sobing my love, since I haven't found you yet.

And now I wait with my precious dream holding to my heart;
Oh my love still I'm waiting and waiting just for you
With all my heart and my soul!
