repeating drop

Contributed by holderofthestone on Tuesday, 13th July 2004 @ 11:13:45 PM in AEST
Topic: selfstruggles

troubled life
grasping air
reaching out
no-ones there
all alone
tumbling in
downward spiral
never ends
over over
doesnt stop
this hellish
repeating drop
reoccuring errors
devastating pain
reappearing slices
pulsating vien
failure prone
never enough
doing right
always tough
slip away
another place
maybe then
wont discrace
the ones
I love
and place
high above
but yet
I fail
that is
my tale
it repeats
again again
painful life
traps in
struggle more
wanna succeed
thats all
I need
but never
get ahead
lose until
im dead

Very sad holder........but have courgeous......never give up........hand in there.....on a song and a prayer.......if you are a praying person holder.......pray and let him know just like in this poem.......then give it to him...and leave it there.......never take it back.

Hmmmmm..... the title.... makes me wonder if you're speaking for another. But regardless of who it is... it's another fabulous write. You again leave me with a lump in my throat and an ache that comes from knowing that the pain expressed is more than a poetic concoction.

As always, holder - thanks for sharing,
SNM
