I remember you
Do you remember me?
All the years we spent together
As close as friends could ever be
Now that I'm coming back
This very Saturday
Could it be you've forgotten
Your friend who moved away
The one who helped you
When she could
The one who did
What best friends should
Do you remember her?
That girl I speak of now
The one who drifted far away
To join a different crowd

Might be an interesting reunion. To join a different crowd? That has me thinking.
