Restarting a past friendship

Contributed by brokensoul on Tuesday, 13th July 2004 @ 03:53:40 PM in AEST
Topic: LovePoetry

three torchured years have flown by
never expecting to meet again
two best friends from grade school
separated by entering a new world
to others you were quiet
but you liked to talk to me
i always had a silly elemntry crush on you
but elementry ended
and junior high beganall my friends went to one school
while my parents decided it was best to be separated from my past
i thought i would never see you again
but i was wrong
we were amazed at coming in contact with each other completely by accident
we were speechless
amazed at how three years can change you
we sat in your basement and laughed about stories of the past
then our shildhood secrets came out
our secret elementry crushes
and were suprised those feelings had been rekindiling all night
it was shocking when our lips pressed together heated with the absence of three years
an unexpected romance is being lit
but i am terrified to see wher it will lead
