I can't hold up the world.
If I wanted to,
if it were for you,
I couldn't do it.
I'm not strong enough.
I've strained these muscles.
Holding my head up high
trying to be confident.
So it turns out I'm not competent,
in love or in my life.
I've broken my back,
lifting myself off the ground
all theses times.
All these lines
I've fed all these people.
None of it true,
none of it for you.
I'd lift myself this one last time,
but I'm not strong enough.
