Transparent dimensions riddled with trespassers
Heaving great sighs – frustrated with circumstances
Abandoned in large numbers to wander at will
Across borrowed deserts lacking oasis
Filled with neon reminders redemption is near
Kiss the cross - pay the price
All God’s children get to play here
Billboards flashing vital signs
Constant beeping keeps us alive
Long after the body has died
We survive with jittering hearts
Long enough to play one last time
