which world do i want

a world i created and then choose to leave
a life i made, then decided it wasn't for me

and now that i've left and want to return
i can't, because i've started a life with all new concerns

now that i'm here and realized what i've lost
i see my decisions and what they have cost

i gave up my friends, family, and girl
just because i didn't like certain parts of my world

i never thought of the things i would miss
a hello, a goodbye, a good morning kiss

and the more i think about life without you
the more i think what did i do

did i make a mistake by leaving you there
did i lose you by choice is my biggest fear

did i ruin our chance of being together
did i ruin my dream of loving you forever

a lovely melloncollie piece nice couplets and some nice ideas in this piece
