your words i locked away deep inside of me
those memories i kept close to me
all these years have been wasted
by your "***** you" attitude
your so called independence
but through these years you leaned on this shoulder
its still wet from the tears
all those times you thought you were bolder and fell on your face again
but i always seemed to pick up the peices
stitched up those open wounds
keep you from stepping on the broken glasses
from you outburts of rage
once this girl would have died for you
took all the blame for YOU
but now ur little girl doesnt even know you
this tragedy i didnt think could ever happen to me
these words i didnt think i could ever hear
i,v made mistakes i done things to spite this face
but i never eevr wanted to hurt you
and i cant't think of anything i can do
i,v always said sorry for what i hav'nt done
i always took the blame for taking away your sun.
