heroin takes the walls down,
when your doing time,
but then they grow back, twice as high.
that was the way I felt,
when we said goodbye,
a quick fix would have left me high and dry.
burning flags does nothing,
when your countries at war,
its just another point of view for someone to ignore.
if ur not gonna change it,
then rest your tiresome tongue,
I’m sick of spineless cowards
who don’t know right from wrong.

I agree strongly with these sentiments. This is strong and powerful and I know so many people feel this way. Words are useless if you don't put some action behind them.
